Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING COSTS
Every order is prepared and sent from my studio in Brussels, Belgium.
To provide as much infos on your order’s travel, I will send you a tracking number once your parcel is sent. International shipping and local shipping are estimated accordingly with the prices of the Belgian post and calculated by weight ranges.
Don’t hesitate to consult the shipping FAQ if you need further informations.
RETURNS
I accept returns up to 14 days (2 weeks) after you have received your order.
In order to be refund, the items must be unused & remain in the condition they arrived in (if damaged during transportation, please take pictures before sending it back).
Please contact atelierepiney@gmail.com to request a return, including the details of your order and the reason why you’re requesting a return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, including the tracked shipping cost which is mandatory.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order and have it refunded before you received confirmation that your item has been shipped. If so, please send me an email at atelierepiney@gmail.com as soon as possible.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORTATION
We are doing our best to safely package your items. Unfortunately, in spite of our precautions, some damages might occur during transportation.
If so, please send photographs of the damages at atelierepiney@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to replace your item quickly.
DELAY/LOST ORDERS
I am not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the transportation company services or any other shipping services. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact your local post office with the tracking number of your orders and/or contact me at atelierepiney@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help you with this.
Please note: if the delay/loss is due to wrong adresses or informations given by you to the shop, or a lack of presenting yourself to claim the package after receiving notice, I won’t be able to refund your order and shipping costs. If you mistakenly provided a wrong address, please contact atelierepiney@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
MISTAKES IN YOUR ORDER
If your receive the wrong item or wrong quantity, please forgive me! Send me an email at atelierepiney@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to correct this mistake. All shipping costs will be at my charge.
UNIQUE PIECES
Every pieces are handmade. Due to this artisanal process, your item might have some slight variations in the appearance.
It is always notified in the product description and won’t be considered a proper motive for a refund.
RESALE/WHOLESALE
Every items purchased on the shop are not for resale.

What shipping service do I pay for?
The price of shipping doesn’t only include the postal fee, but also the price of the envelopes and all the artefacts attached to it.
How are shipping costs calculated?
All the postal fees are organized by weight ranges determined by the belgian postal service. Nevertheless, if the shipping cost seems odd to you, don’t hesitate to contact us at atelierepiney@gmail.com .
How will my items be packaged?
Why do I have a tracking number?
To avoid losses, all your orders are sent with a tracking number. This allows the buyer and the seller to have an overview in case the shipping goes wrong.
